Boundaries, grades, and utilities so framing is not a guess. Canadian and U.S. plats both land here.

Design
Architecture and interiors in one loop, including millwork from Tuxil Agro when the spec calls for it.

Envelope
Framing, roofing, siding, doors, and windows to weather-tight. Then the interior crew owns the calendar.

Finish
Flooring, cabinetry, bedding, and designer-led rooms. Logistics times the packages so the site is not a storage yard.

Handover
Closeout, punch, and a building that Health, Agro, or a family can actually occupy.

Halo needs rooms that match the workflow: intake, imaging, therapy gym, quiet hospice. We draw those with Tuxil Health so the EHR and the floor plan are not arguing on opening day.
Wood that already has a name
When Agro has pine on the landing, Building can take it into framing and millwork instead of buying anonymous stock three states away. Logistics keeps the lot moving.
